Equine bodywork designed to restore balance, improve movement quality, and support lasting partnership between horse and rider. This work focuses on identifying and addressing the underlying patterns that contribute to restriction, tension, and discomfort so horses can move with greater ease and confidence.
Why Horses Need Bodywork
Horses are masters of compensation.
When discomfort, asymmetry, or restriction develops, they do not stop working. They adapt. Over time, those compensations become patterns.
Fascial restriction, repetitive strain, saddle pressure, training demands, travel stress, and even emotional tension all influence how a horse moves and regulates.
Left unaddressed, these patterns can lead to:
• Reduced range of motion
• Uneven transitions and bend
• Chronic tightness
• Behavioral resistance
• Increased injury risk
• Subtle performance decline
Massage and fascial release support circulation, tissue hydration, nervous system regulation, and improved proprioception. When restriction is reduced and the nervous system shifts out of protection mode, movement becomes more fluid and responsive.
Bodywork is not about relaxation alone.
It is about restoring functional balance before compensation becomes breakdown.
A Grounded Approach to Energetic Work
Not all energetic practices are structured the same way.
My approach to energy work is designed to integrate rather than temporarily elevate. The focus is on grounding, regulation, and supporting deeper layers of balance so shifts are sustainable over time.
Sessions are guided intuitively but remain rooted in embodiment. The intention is not to create a temporary energetic “high,” but to support your horse in feeling more present, regulated, and connected within their body.
As deeper layers are addressed, patterns can shift rather than repeat, allowing progress to build session after session.

You also can’t teach feeling, it is intuitive. Molly has a natural gift for understanding both the emotional and physical needs of her patients. Molly has been working on our four horses monthly over the past few years and the difference in their performance and behavior is significant.
